Majors Consulting Privacy Policy

Version 1.0, Effective 07/16/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Majors Consulting, LLC ("Majors Consulting," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information. It applies to:

- our website at [majors-consulting.com] and any related marketing pages (the "Site");

- inquiries, sales, and consulting engagements with prospective and current clients; and

- the software applications we develop and distribute, including OutcomeLens (each, an "App").

Please read Section 2 carefully: for the Apps we build, the way your information is handled is different from a typical cloud service, because our Apps run inside the customer's own environment. Use of our Apps is also governed by the applicable product terms (at majors-consulting.com/terms-and-conditions).

---

1. A Quick Summary

- We collect only what we need to run our business: to respond to inquiries, deliver consulting and software, and improve what we offer.

- We do not sell your personal information.

- Our Apps, including OutcomeLens, are installed into the customer's own Salesforce environment. The data collected through an App stays in that environment; we do not host or receive it.

- You have rights over your personal information, described in Section 9.

2. Our Apps and Your Data (Important)

2.1 Where App data lives. OutcomeLens and our other Salesforce-native Apps are delivered as managed packages that install into a customer organization's own Salesforce environment ("Customer Environment"). Information submitted to or generated by an App, including form responses, participant records, scores, and reports, resides in the Customer Environment. That data is controlled by the customer (typically the nonprofit, healthcare, education, or public-sector organization that licensed the App) and is governed by that customer's own privacy policy and its agreement with Salesforce, Inc.

2.2 Our limited role. For data inside a Customer Environment, the customer is the "data controller." Majors Consulting acts, at most, as a "data processor" or service provider, and only in narrow circumstances:

- Support access. If a customer asks us for support that requires us to look at their environment, the customer grants and controls that access (for example, temporary login access through Salesforce) and can revoke it at any time. We use that access only to provide the requested support and treat what we see as confidential.

- Technical usage data. Our Apps may report back limited technical and operational signals, such as feature usage and license utilization counts. These signals help us operate, secure, and improve the Apps. They are not designed to include information about the individuals a customer serves ("Participants"), and we do not use them to identify Participants.

2.3 What we do not do. We do not routinely access, store, sell, or mine Customer Environment data, and we do not use Participant data to train models, build marketing lists, or for any purpose other than supporting the customer at the customer's direction.

2.4 If you are a Participant. If you completed a form or survey powered by one of our Apps, the organization that asked you to do so controls that information, not Majors Consulting. Please direct any privacy request about that data to that organization. We will assist them as their service provider where appropriate.

3. Information We Collect Directly

Outside of the Apps, we collect information in the ordinary course of running our website and consulting business:

3.1 Information you provide.

- Contact and inquiry information you submit through the Site, email, or during sales conversations (name, organization, email, phone, and the content of your message).

- Client engagement information we receive while delivering consulting or implementation services, including project details and business contacts.

- Billing information needed to invoice and collect payment. Payment card processing, where applicable, is handled by a third-party processor; we do not store full card numbers.

3.2 Information collected automatically on the Site.

- Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.

- Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 6.

3.3 Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from Salesforce and its marketplaces (for example, order and license details when a customer purchases an App through the AgentExchange Go-To-Market app), and from standard business sources such as referrals.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described in Section 3 to:

- respond to inquiries and provide quotes;

- deliver, support, and improve our consulting services and Apps;

- manage orders, licensing, invoicing, and payment;

- communicate about products, updates, and, where permitted, relevant marketing (you can opt out of marketing at any time);

- maintain the security and integrity of our Site and Apps; and

- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business, and never sell it. We may share it with:

- Service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and CRM providers.

- Salesforce and its marketplaces, in connection with distributing, licensing, and billing our Apps.

- Professional advisors such as accountants and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.

- Authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. If we use third-party analytics (for example, a privacy-respecting analytics provider), those tools may set cookies subject to their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

We use only essential cookies and do not use third-party advertising cookies. We utilize Squarespace web analytics.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Retention of data inside a Customer Environment is controlled by the customer, not by us.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. For our Apps, the security of the data inside a Customer Environment depends on the customer's Salesforce configuration and the Salesforce platform.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

- access the personal information we hold about you;

- correct inaccurate information;

- delete your information;

- opt out of marketing communications;

- object to or restrict certain processing; and

- request a copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, contact us at info@majors-consulting.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. If your request concerns data held inside a Customer Environment (App data), please contact the organization that controls that environment; we will support them as their service provider.

California residents: We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Apps are intended for organizations and their staff, not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site. Where a customer uses an App to collect information about minors as part of its programs, that customer is responsible for obtaining any required consents.

11. International Users

We are based in the United States, and we process information in the United States. If you access the Site or engage us from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
