Nonprofit pricing is a permanent 50% discount — not a promotional offer. Qualifying nonprofit organizations pay approximately $75/mo for Starter or $150/mo for Professional, billed annually. Impact is priced on a contact-us basis for qualifying organizations. Contact us to verify your nonprofit eligibility.

Yes. You can upgrade from Community to Starter, Professional, or Impact at any time. If you need to downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Downgrading makes certain features inaccessible — for example, moving from Professional to Starter removes access to conditional logic, historical comparison, PDF export, and scheduling; moving from Impact to Professional removes program dashboards and cross-assessment routing. All your assessment data, scores, and history remain intact throughout. If you upgrade again, everything is right where you left it.
