Frequently Asked Questions
Nonprofit pricing is available on every paid plan. Qualifying
organizations receive a permanent discount on Professional, and
Impact nonprofit pricing is sized to the engagement. Reach out
and we will verify eligibility together.
Organizations with 501(c)(3) status in the US, or equivalent
charitable status in other countries, qualify automatically. Nonprofit
pricing also extends to government social services agencies and
public education institutions on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Both Professional and Impact offer a 30-day free trial with
the full feature set, no credit card required.
The default is annual billing, which saves 20% compared to
monthly. Monthly billing is available by request if it fits
your organization's procurement cycle better.
Yes. You can upgrade from Professional to Impact at any time.
Downgrade changes take effect at the end of the current billing
period, and all your data remains in place.
Your data stays put. Moving from Impact to Professional makes the
Impact-only features inaccessible (question sensitivity flags and
advanced consent management), and every form, response, score, and
history record remains intact. Upgrading again restores those
features without data migration.
OutcomeLens is a Salesforce managed package installed directly from
the AppExchange into your org. Installation takes minutes. There are
no external servers, no middleware, and no third-party services to
configure.
Yes. OutcomeLens runs entirely inside your Salesforce org and honors
its security context. Platform encryption, event monitoring, and
field audit trail all work as configured when Shield is enabled.
The price you see is the price you pay. Salesforce's ISV revenue
share is a cost we absorb, not a line item passed on to customers.
OutcomeLens is designed for admin configuration, and most teams get
to a working setup without outside help. Impact engagements include
a dedicated onboarding coordinator. For organizations with complex
requirements, the consulting practice at Majors Consulting offers
implementation support.
